      -  Achieve Daily Steps Goal
      -  Achieve extra challenges (Will be communicated by Meredith via email)
      - Individual with highest weekly total steps over their daily goal.
      - Total points are added to determine winner. 
            *In case of tie, the person with the most steps overall will be the winner.
